destabilising (v) - upset the stability of a system. To cause unrest or instability in something.
To take something for granted - to never think about something because you believe it will always be available or stay exactly the same.

bounce back (v) - to return quickly to a normal condition after a difficult situation or event
disposable income (n) - income remaining after deduction of taxes and social security charges, available to be spent or saved as one wishes.
in the zone (e) - if you are in the zone, you are happy or excited because you are doing something very skillfully and easily.
emphatically (a)- in a forceful way, without a doubt
timely - done or occurring at a favourable or useful time; opportune.
uplifting - morally or spiritually elevating; inspiring happiness or hope
creativity abounds - creativity is prevalent, exists in great numbers
impetus - something that makes a process or activity happen or happen more quickly
